The other day Steve went to Sushi Train Sutherland WITHOUT ME and texted this photo (top) of a new dish to me. It’s smoked salmon nigiri with crazy stuff on top.

So the next day, we went and I got to try it (bottom) Not really a fan.. it was pretty tasty, but I really prefer raw salmon.
