Mom took me out to the best Japanese restaurant I know, Akai Hana in Columbus, OH, last weekend, and I got chirashi that had this salmon in it. Look at it lounging on the side of the bowl like a beautiful French model. (I put it there.) I gave this salmon a little kiss before I put it in my mouth (yes, really), where it promptly returned the favor to each of my over 9,000 taste buds.
