Ramen Kan is probably my #1 favourite place, I have been 4 times this week o_o I have never had the kaisen don though, I always get the salmon salad and shoyu ramen. When I went yesterday I branched out and got the salmon sashimi as well.. it’s so cheap I’m going to get those 3 every time now!
I don’t imagine Melb having many good Jap places :( you need to visit to come back to Ramen Kan! They’re under new management since you’ve left. I would never be able to move out of Sydney, too many good food places here
