Smoked salmon, cucumber and cream cheese bites Smoked salmon, lox style Cucumber, sliced paper thin 1 package of cream cheese, whipped with salt and pepper for seasoning Chives, diced Crisp water crackers Assemble right before serving as the crackers will get a little soggy the longer they sit.
